I did a Grounding Music Meditation this morning. With all that is going on in our country , I agree that grounding is very important for us to ease the anxiety, stress and tension.
I held a Apache tear Angel stone in my hand to aid with the meditation. It’s pictured here on my altar next to statue of a Native American chief. It’s a good stone for grounding as well as any other black stone such as obsidian, jet, etc.
I called on Archangel Michael, Archangel Raguel, Spirit animals, Great Spirit for protection of the United States and the world in general. Here’s a picture of a statue I have for Archangel Raguel. I purchased this to put in my room as a reminder to thank/ ask for assistance to do so every day since the beginning of this year. Archangel Raguel is the Archangel of Peace, Harmony and Justice.
This past weekend raised my anxiety to a high level . Devasting things happening in my own city and the overall fear mongering in my country. With all that going on, I recieved some signs from the Lovely Angels to help me through.
First, I heard some classical music playing in my ears clairaudiently- perhaps a gentle reminder to take some time out to listen to it in meditation so I did. While the music lulled me to sleep which I sorely needed and then, right before awakening, I saw some lovely visions of angels floating in the clouds.
Later on , I saw repeated number 333.
YES! The angels were with me yesterday. I wanted to share. Have you seen/ heard any messages or signs lately? Don’t forget to pay attention.
Have you ever been stuck trying to communicate with someone either because communication was cut off or it’s someone who you don’t have the means ( I’m talking digits or social media access) to talk with them any other way. That never stops me. I pause and center myself and talk to them telepathically. Now, I don’t know if the messages ever reach them but it helps me to release the things that I would like to talk with them about. If the person’s open, then, I believe that they at least know that someone is trying to reach them and/ or that they are in their thoughts. There’s the saying ” Were your ears ringing?? We/ I were just talking about/ to you.”
A good way to make the connection is to ask the person’s guardian angel via your guardian angel . If the person is receptive and they’re open to it, then the message will go through.
Try it out. Like I said, even if the message doesn’t go through, you’ve released your thoughts. Seal your thoughts with love always.

Tueday morning I woke up and was really upset at the current conditions of the U.S. and the world at large. I asked myself ” What is heck is going on and why are we living this reality now?”. So, I took the question to Divine and used the tarot for messages.
Situation- Temperance- A blending of energies for healing
Strengthed by – 10 of Cups- The family as a whole – emotions
Foundation- the Crux of the matter- Heartbreak/ broken hearts/ betrayal
Past- 2 of Cups- Partnership / Working together/ Yin-Yang ( male/female) energy
Present- Two of Rods- Looking outside for answers and inspiration
Near Future- 5 of Cups- 3 cups have spilled/ 2 remain– where is our focus?
Us – The Empress- Female Leader – sensitive/ intuitive / nurturer
Environment- Wheel of Fortune- What goes up must come down.
Hopes & Fears- 7 of Swords- Stealth
Outcome- Queen of Cups- emotional/ offering of an open cup- an offer of love and blessings
Bottom of the Deck- Clarification/ – The Hanged Man Reversed- Receiving a new perspective
Followed by 4 of Pentacles- Holding on tightly to our resources and worth
Followed by 8 of Cups- Walking away from what no longer serves us

So, This is the message I received- Major Healing is needed and sent to us to bring about contentment and fufillment . Our hearts are broken from betrayal. A coming together and partnership is lacking. Life should be a collaboration in order for it to truly work well. Things are emotional and messy but we still have hope. We need to nurture ourselves , and in turn, others. Use our intuition. How can I be of service? Life itself is a wheel that keeps on spinning- what goes up will come down. Don’t freeze in fear- Take a chance. Love is an open cup that keeps on giving.
In the end, we will be given a fresh perspective. Hold on to your worth but loosen the grip of your resources. Help where you can when you can. Walk away from things that no longer serve you.
After laying down these cards, I felt peace . I was a balm for my spirit. Never give up on hope.

Interesting that both cards were 6’s. The numerology meaning for 6 is to take care of your loved ones. Number 6 is remarkable because it represents care and love.
When we give of ourselves and care for each other, we create passionate energy. It is inspirational.
Great cards for Martin Luther King day- a day of service.
I took a brief nap this morning and right before awakening, I saw a football field with a player in a navy uniform laying on the field. He quickly gets up and then collapses once again on the field.
Now, I know that ” This Magic Moment” was a song sung by Jay and the Americans released in ’69. That song was about romance and a kiss. My ditty has different lyrics and a different melody. I’m not a songwriter, a poet I am though, and I can’t recognize notes from music and when I hear them. I’ve have numerous times when songs are played in my head though in my consciousness usually before I am about to wake up.
I’ve always kept a copybook of things, recollections, intuition, spiritual research, dreams and poetry of mine, tarot/ oracle readings etc. I was going through my old book and found this drawing from January 2014. As you can see, it goes through the generations of people both male and female. It draws a road / lane of separation between the two and beakons ” Let’s Cross the Road and Live in Harmony.”
During that time, I was experimenting and nudged to do Spirit Drawing. It’s about intuitive messages that I/ We receive and drawing them out. Some do Spirit Writing and I do that as well. It’s the same as spirit drawing but in written form. dISCLAIMER: I AM NOT AN ARTIST.
I have crossed through many avenues of spiritual expression in my life.
This particular drawing struck me because 11 years later I’m still seeking harmony in my life and in the Universe. Won’t you join me in being of seeker of Harmony? Call upon Archangel Raguel to assist you.

Dear Archangel Raguel
Thank you Archangel Raguel for promoting and maintaining peace, harmony and justice throughout my country, the United States of America, and throughout the world. We are in need of coming together as a collective people and spreading peace, harmony and justice. These are some dark days in the world. We need leaders who will put the people first and not just serve their own self interests and flavor of politics. It’s a “me world” currently. We need to make it a “we “world.
We call upon you, Archangel Raguel, to assist us in bringing about peace, harmony and justice. We thank you.

Update: I did a couple of meditations today with Archangel Raguel. One was a music meditation and I called Archangel Raguel forth and said I was open to any messages or guidance from him/ her. I then recieved a vision of angel wings first. Then a vision of Archangel Michael stepping back and standing behind Archangel Raguel. A circle of all Archangels were formed with Archangel Raguel in the center. My spirit was in front of him as he place his hands on my Crown chakra and he began to polish it. He then gave me clairaudiently Mantras for me to repeat and say daily. These were it:
I am cleansed. I am healed. I am loved. I am free. I will go forth and spread my wings.
