I started out using a specific layout and question but then it took a life of it’s own so I’m just going let them stand as they are.

Deer- Earth Element- Loving, Intuitive, Graceful

The deer represents the feminine aspects of Earth energy. That energy is available to all creatures regardless of gender. Deer’s energy is fully present, nurturing and calm. The inner beauty radiates and a sense of grace. A deer personality affects others in this way, drawing them to a quiet tenderness. The deer card may appear when a birth or celebration of a new life draws near… or when a situation calls for absolute gentleness and compassion.

Dragonfly- Air Element- Master of Light, Illusion and the Mind

(It’s made it’s appearance again.)

The Dragonfly is a ancient and ethereal creature that awakens a sense of wonder to us all. The Dragonfly is the symbol of the mind- as it is always moving, shifting, shimmering and changing. When the dragonfly appears, it is worth considering the quality of your mind and perception. Are they restless or still? Dream like or crystal clear? The situation at hand may be different than it appears at first glance.. The Dragonfly reminds us to calm the mind so the light of wisdom can shine through.

Elk- Earth element- Stable, Resilient, Headstrong, the Father

The great Elk represents the Earth element in it’s masculine form. This means it provides underlying support and stability amidst life’s many changes. An Elk personality ( whether male or female) is fully established in themselves and knows their core values. They become known and respected in acting in ways that uphold these values. Sometimes the Elk’s ego can become inflated, but for the most part, they make damn good fathers and mothers, lovers and friends. The world needs more Elk energy.

Notes from me: The Deer and Elk are strong representations of the yin/ yang , male/ female aspects of the world in general and the inside of us specifically. That is when we are in balance when we blend the two. They are of the earth and they ground us. So, what lies in the middle of them? Well, the dragonfly does and they bring their energy of balance to the mind and what see and don’t see. Dragonfly asks us to center ourselves, quiet our minds and really look at a situation. Dragonfly is of the Air element and is about a higher perspective. Ground yourself then take flight. With the grounding energy working as an anchor, we can soar and explore all the things we cannot from the ground but can always come back down when we need to. What a wonderful reading! It uplifted me.

Notes from Me:I started this reading a couple of days ago and I paused it to gain a clearer state of mind. I revisited it today. It’s a powerful reading during a very powerful time in the Universe. On 11/ 11 the Gateways opened to higher realms, perspectives and ways of doing things. This gateway will be open till 1/11/ 20. Now’s the time to gain a different perspective, to get out of that rut that we may have been in and follow our intuition. It is Spirit talking to us if we only listen. Put away the distractions, mute the noise and really listen to what your soul is telling you. This reading had a very personal message for me. I hope that it has one for you.

It’s always a lovely surprise when I find that my Christmas cactus is blooming. It’s so pretty that I wanted to share.

Every flower has symbolism. Cacti symbolizes endurance as a plant that can stand the test of time and the elements. The cacti flower is a symbol of maternal love because it can thrive in harsh conditions and is therefore symbolic of Mother’s unconditional love.

So, if you looking for a gift of gratitude to give to your Mother or any woman is / like a mother to you, you may consider this. It’s a very easy plant to take care and it’s periodic blooms are a gift indeed.

I so excited to share this new deck with you. It absolutely tickles me. I have always loved flowers so to find this deck is truly an absolute delight for me.

Notes from Me: “Be the master of your own domain.” Seinfeld took that meaning in other direction but I am saying that we all must conquer our inner demons in order to be victorious. What is your inner voice been telling you lately? Have you taken time to be still and listen? The world is so overwhelming with so many distractions that we forget to take some time for ourself to just be still, quiet the mind, and let your inner voice speak to you. We are all not destined for greatness yet we all have something to contribute to the world. It starts with you. Speak kindly to yourself and let love flow today.

I needed a little bit of love advise today so I consulted the Whisphers of Love Oracle deck by Angela Hartfield/ Illustrated by Josephine Wall

Left card- Choose Love- You always have a choice as to what you should do.

When you choose love, negative feelings will have no place in your heart. There is always a choice. Telling and retelling a negative situation will not heal it. Surround the situation in love. Choose to see your responsibility and focus on love.

Right card- Receive with Love and Appreciation- Receiving something lovingly from others is a way of showing love.

A simple consideration is to be courteous when someone is trying to give us something. The angels encourage us to be able to receive as an act of kindness. Allow someone the opportunity to to express love by accepting what someone wants to do or give to you.

So it is and so shall it be. Choose love and always graciously receive love that is offered to you.
