The Self -Love Oracle by Janet Chui

One of the personal thing I wanted to work on in 2022 is Self-Love. That’s a hard one for me but it’s something that is worth the effort to re-inforce what I love about myself and also heal the things that I don’t love about myself. I bought this oracle deck to aid in the process.

Today’s card (which gives me a chuckle) is Dance. It’s message is : Change is not possible without movement and movement is everywhere in the Universe. You are invited to join in the dance.

Break out of your mental and physical rigidity by engaging your body through dance. Dancing moves our energy – get our hearts pumping and our blood racing and forces us to breath more deeply. Physical movement impacts our mood and mental state as well, freeing up stuck through processes to see things in a new light. With intention, the simple act of dancing is a powerful partner in the quest to overcome any creative, mental and emotional blocks that come our way. All that is needed is music – whether in your mind or outside of you- and , if you’re shy, a locked door.

So, yes, if ever I’m self-conscious about anything, it is dancing. I get tripped up in the process. Free dancing is more my style . I let my energy take over and move my body to the inner beat. The 70’s was a great era to be a teenager in. Free dancing was all the rage. I released a lot of my angst through dance at the weekly school dance or in my bedroom with the door locked. Ah Ha! This should give me incentive to get up and take some action, dust off my dancing feet and move to the rhythm. Will you join me?

This morning before I got out of bed I did some meditation and long distance energy connection when I vision of a Hedgehog appeared. I haven’t had a animal visit me in awhile so I got a little excited and encouraged to read on it. Here’s the Hedgehog spirit message:

The message is: ” Your current situation is giving you an opportunity to re-evaluate what you want. You have the ability to change what you’re doing at any given time. Notes from Me: When you open yourself up to positive expression, the Universe will reward you with abundance. Now is the time to be honest and forthright with yourself and others. Choose your words wisely and well and an abundance of riches will be your reward.

This deck is so powerful and beautiful. I’ve never noticed until this reading that the cards are loosely comparable to tarot cards. It’s a great deck to add to your collection. I highly recommend it for anyone who’s interested in reading oracle.

Thanks to my favorite tarot live stream that I was watching/ listening to the other day, they mentioned Archangel Gabriel and channeled some lovely message from him/her. It filled me with so much joy and love. I haven’t worked much with this Archangel so I thought, let’s do some background on Gabriel.

Archangel Gabriel is the White Ray from the Seven Rays. Their message is one of purity and harmony.

I was treated to a visit by a Blue Jay while I was looking out my kitchen window this morning. Such a majestic bird! I love those sightings.

The Blue Jay symbolism is: Considered a spiritual animal, they represent solidarity, faithfulness, courage and protection. Some see them as symbols of intelligence, communication and curiosity.

Notes from Me: Animals serve as spiritual messengers. An animal may show up to give you a message, stay for awhile as your protector and some even stay with you for a lifetime. The Divine send you messengers in various ways. Animals are one way. So the next time an animal shows up along your path, look for it’s meaning. Each animal symbolizes something.

I’ve worked with Animal totems for quite some time. It comes and goes like all my spiritual tools. This week the animals are coming back to me and giving me their message and I’m grateful for that.
