Kundalini Meditation- 7/12/22

I am going to focus in on Kundalini in my meditations. In a vision, I saw myself growing bigger and stronger , rising about like a Phoenix and making my presence known. For years, I’ve hid and suppressed myself so much so that people didn’t see me or hear me. They never gave me credence or value. I will no longer allow that. I will rise above and shine brightly. So it be and so shall it begin.

Deep Dive into the 8 of Swords in Tarot- 6/26/22

Like many of you, the decision from the Supreme Court to overturn Roe vs. Wade threw me into a tailspin and I’m still not sure I’m over the outrage and disgust of it all. It’s seems impossible to understand it and put it into a more digestible outlook. It’s a punch in the gut figuratively ( and I’ve received a lot of them in my lifetime ) for women and their right to reproductive health and choice.

So, I do what I do when triggered and go into meditation . Then, I get my tarot cards out to see if I can find any sense of things. I actually did two reads using different decks. One of the reads had a lot of feminine energy in it- The Empress, Queen of Swords, Queen of Wands, 3 of Cups and Lady Justice herself. And, yes, the 8 of Swords was in this read as well. This was also the card I kept on seeing in my mind and in my meditation as well.

Here’s my personal interpretation of this card: Self-imposed restrictions. This image that I inserted in this post is a great representation of that. First, let me say this. In most images of the 8 of swords, a woman is bound, blindfolded and surrounded by swords. She has submitted to a restrictive stance. It reminds me of the old saying ( which I hate) ” Keep women barefoot and pregnant.” Not a great stance for womenkind is that.

Yet, there’s still hope in this card. In the image, there are birds holding the restraints which this women is held bound. Birds symbolize freedom and they are releasing her. Her one hand is free to use and take the blindfold off . She will also be able to see her way out of the swords that are encircling her.

Women are a powerful force to handle. We have tasted a freedom to use our body as we see fit and the choice of healthcare to treat it. Our Body, Our Choice. Now, the Supreme Court wants to take it away? Oh , no. We will not abide. We will fight for our rights. We will not go backwards. We will free ourselves from our restrictions just like this woman will in the card. We will not be held bound. This is the ultimate message that I have received and I wanted to share it with you today.

{I thought that I’d include in this the general overall interpretation of the 8 of Swords as well: Mental and emotional abuse, Anxiety, psychological issues, trapped and imprisoned, self-sabotage, negative thought patterns, restriction. }

Duck Symbolism- 5/23/22

Last night, I had a dream of a white duck. He was flapping his wings and waddling around. The duck symbolizes : clarity, family, love, vigilance, intuition, nurturing, protection, feelings, self-expression, balance, adaption, grace and strength. Duck symbolism is closely connected to water symbolism , which is about mystery, magic and inspiration. ‘

In the dream, I seemed to want to capture the duck and make it my own but I knew that I couldn’t restrict it. It belonged to the water and it deserved to be free to live it’s life.

Thought I’d share that with you today.

Giraffe Spirit message- 5/13/22

Well, hello there. Giraffes are majestic animals. I always loved seeing them at the zoo. Giraffe’s spirit message is:” Giraffe’s are symbols of aspirations. The Giraffe spirit guide encourages and inspires you to reach for the highest branch. You have the capacity to go further and higher than you ever thought possible. ” http://www.uniguide.com

Let the giraffe inspire you today to reach for the stars. What animal do you enjoy seeing the most?

Angel Numbers- 5/4/22

Recently, I asked for Angel guidance in my dreams and they’ve delivered. They delivered, and are still delivering, messages in the form of number sequences.

Amongst all else, I’ve found the number 7 to be dominant in them. This morning, as in many mornings, I found myself waking up at 7: 21 am. I was strongly urged to look up the angel meaning for this number and this is the message I had found:

” 721 means encouragement. You have all that need in this life to make a difference. Share your philosophies and perspectives with the world around you. Help people around you to achieve their goals. 721 is associated with knowledge, wisdom, spirituality, natural instinct, and charisma. You will receive a jolt of inspiration to get you motivated when you feel down and frustrated. “

This message means a lot to me. I have a lot of wisdom to share but a lot of times I feel it goes unheard. This gives me the encouragement I need to keep on sharing. And so I will.

Eagle Spiritual Message- 4/28/22

I was listening to some music this morning. I usually have my eyes closed when I listen. Music sends me and gets me out of the usual head space. So, as I was enmeshed in the music a vision of an Eagle soaring in the sky came to me. I felt freedom, power and strength. All are good feelings.

“The Eagle’s spiritual meaning is this: expansion, strength, seeing things from a higher perspective, loyalty, victory, power, foresight, vision and manifestation. Their dominant element of air, draws your attention to mental pursuits, inspiration, dreams, and spiritual aspirations.” from crystalclearintuition.com

So, what a lovely animal to guide me through my day. I am very humbled.

Have a great day, everyone.

Tarot Spread dream- 4/26/22

Last night, I had a dream of coming up with this elaborate tarot spread. I had a few people with me and they were watching me intently very interested in what I was doing. It was suppose to be a weekly spread capping what energies were coming up within the week . What was interesting ( and unique) was that above 4 cards a King and Queen were placed to also show the male/ female energy for the week. On top of that, was a one card culmination card. I was very excited about this. I pulled the cards, left them unturned and walked away from the spread. When I came back, they were all jumbled and thrown about the room. I was upset. Who did this? Well, to my surprise, was Hilary Clinton. When I asked why she did it, she replied that she was angry that I was being paid attention to so she did it in spite. Well, that’s odd, yes?

Anyway, I’m going to play around with the tarot cards and see what I can come up with following the guidelines in the spread. I ‘ll let you know what I come up with. I take this also as a prompt by the Angels to get back to reading once again even if I feel I have no audience. I’ll do it for me.
