Message from The Deck: ” Healing doesn’t begin in the body, it begins in the mind and soul. It isn’t the body that determines how you feel but your mind that determines what state your body is in. Think healing, positive thoughts at this time and be grateful for what’s good about your body and your health. Recognize the health benefits you already have and more will be brought to you. You may well find that the Angels are also here to help you to heal others, but in order for you to do this, you must ensure that you are in good health. So, heal within, then learn what you shared with the world.”

Notes from me: I have been having health issues for awhile now. It feels that my body is breaking down but I know that that is not entirely true. There are parts of me that are healthy and well. For that , I am grateful. It’s my mission this year to begin to heal the parts of me that need healing. One of the most important things to aid me in doing this is meditation and embracing myself for who I am right now. It’s going to be a path to healing mind, body and soul. Every day, in every way, I am getting better. So be it.
