May my heart be open to love today.
May everything I see be through the eyes of love.
May everything I smell be an aroma and elixir of love.
May everything I hear be heard with loving ears that are open to listen and not to judge.
May everything I taste be tasted with loving appreciation and gratitude.
May everything I touch be touched with loving hands.

May my heart be open to love- to give love and to receive love.
