Time for reflection and meditation. Quiet Time, Searching the Soul. Asking Spirit to guide you.

3. The Wheel- Your relationship with other people and joy

People come and go in our lives. Some stay a lifetime. Some come in to learn a lesson. Some come specifically to guide you and then go. Some are soul family- kindred spirits. They vibrate in the same frequency as you and others do not. They can actually rob you of joy but we learn from that.

Also, we must always appreciate the joy in others. Don’t envy it. Don’t resent it because you may not feel joyous. Celebrate it. It will uplift you.

Don’t just sit there and wait for joy to find you. It’s already there for you. You just have to know where you personally find it in your life. Go do that.
